One way Bulbtray. After a long and thorough development process we are proud to present the latest in one way bulb export packaging. The stacability is excellent with a compression rate of over 1000 kg /tray. Successful tests have been executed with a maximum of 20 kg /tray stacked up to 12 high. Tray sizes are: 59 x 39 x 18 cm (l x w x h) comparable to the regular black export crates and alternative paper board trays.

The tray is made of solid paper board and is less vulnerable to water and water vapor then comparable export trays made of corrugated board.

The material itself is without any problem suitable for recycling and has no plastic coating or infill whatsoever.

Lack of a plastic coating makes this tray only suitable for ‘dry’ bulbs.

The tray will fit pallet sizes:(100 x 120 cm , 80 x 120 cm 80 x 60 cm and 60 x 40 cm).

N.B.

A plastic coated alternative, suitable for dahlia tubers, young plants etc. will be available during the summer.

This tray will have the same size but will be 22 cm high.
